1. Understanding Traditional & Handcrafted Products
Many of our products are traditional, handcrafted, or hand-finished pieces. Because of this:
Unique Finish: Each product may have slight variations in shape, size, weight, colour tone, polish, or finish.
Natural Brass Characteristics: Minor marks, antique finish variations, uneven texture, or slight differences from product images are normal in brass and handcrafted items.

Such natural variations will not be considered defects and will not qualify for return or refund.
